Damaged Items, Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe an item is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@calmnutrition.co.uk.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

* Your order number
* Details of the problem
* Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

Please note that we can only accept claims for damaged or defective items within 14 days of your order being dispatched. Photos of the packaging and damage may also help us make a claim with our delivery provider.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date your order was placed.

If you would like to cancel, please contact us in writing at hello@calmnutrition.co.uk with your:

* Name
* Order number
* Order date

We will provide instructions for the next steps.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items within 30 days of the order date.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

* Unopened and unused
* In their original, undamaged packaging
* With all protective seals intact

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where packaging has been opened or seals have been broken.

Before returning any items, please contact us at hello@calmnutrition.co.uk to request return authorisation. Please do not send items back without approval, as we may be unable to process your return.

Return Postage Costs

If an item is returned because it is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of returning it.

If you are returning an unwanted item or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process any eligible refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
